Scholarships

Please open all scholarship applications to determine individual criteria to determine if you meet eligibility requirements. Some applications have minimum GPA's, some require essays, others require memberships or affiliation with organizations or athletics. It is the student responsibility to ensure all application requirements and deadlines are met. ALL LOCAL applications are to be turned into the Main K-12 Office to Mrs. Trapp unless otherwise noted on the individual application. Any scholarships awarded are "gifts"; in other words not to be negotiated with the awarding party. It is not to be debated why one individual received a specific scholarship and another did not. It is the student's responsibility to thank (in writing) the awarding agency for any scholarship received. Some scholarships are issued with a check immediately while others require you to successfully attend a semester or a year of college and ask that you submit transcript information proving your successful college attendance. You are applying for scholarship. This means that all applications should be filled out in a scholarly manner. Please plan accordingly.
